1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only, and each member may claim a specific bonus once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Winnings earned from a bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10×. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

Cashback Bonus

The weekly cashback bonus is completely wager-free. A set percentage of your net losses is credited directly to your account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tko999:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate action.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Member Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided KYC has been completed.

Inactive Account

An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from inactive accounts.
